Shipping Arrangements
As a registered Bayou Classic e-retailer, we work hand in hand with Barbour International Inc, the parent company of the Bayou Classic brand. Upon receipt of your order we dispatch the requested goods direct from the Barbour International Inc warehouse.
We only ship to the 48 US States, Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories; we do not currently ship to Canada or to the United Kingdom.
In view of this the freight and shipping arrangements policy for the dispatch, receipt and return of damaged goods are as agreed with Barbour international Inc. and as set out below
Most of the time nearly all of the items for sale are in stock unless otherwise stated on the site.
Most items ship within 3 business day, with many items shipping the same business day. UPS Transit time can be up to 5 Business days. Business days are Monday through Friday.
We currently primarily ship UPS ground to all 50 states; heavy items are shipped by freight. At the present time we do not ship to Canada or to any other Countries other than the USA.

Unless carrier is specified on order, we will ship by the lowest carrier providing dependable service.
All orders shipped UPS will be shipped prepaid with shipping charges added to the invoice.
Acceptance
All orders received are subject to acceptance by Barbour International, Inc.
Our terms of sale are applicable to all orders regardless of terms requested or stated on the Purchase Order
There is an automatic shipment tracking facility that forwards a UPS tracking number when an email address is provided.
Damaged Merchandise
Bayouclassicdirect.com and Barbour International Inc's responsibility of shipment ceases with acceptance by carriers
If any goods called for on bill of lading are short or damaged, do NOT accept them until the freight agent makes a short/damage notation on your freight bill.
THOROUGHLY INSPECT THE SHIPMENT AS SOON AS RECEIVED.
Bayouclassicdirect.com and Barbour International, Inc. are not responsible for loss, pilferage or damage once you sign the delivery receipt from the carrier.
Your signature indicates shipment was received as specified on our bill of lading.
All claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of merchandise.
Returns
All Bayou Classic products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.
Any returns require a return authorization number.
No returns will be accepted and no credit issued without Barbour International, Inc.'s prior consent.

Bayou Classic's hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Closing from 11:30 - 12:30 for lunch CST.
